Booking and delivery communication

When the customer places their order, our system sends a booking confirmation with the proposed date and time. The customer confirms, and the delivery proceeds - no chasing, no missed appointments.

On-site installation process

On the day, the customer is notified once our crew is on the way. The team documents the delivery boxes and property condition on arrival, completes the assembly and installation with care, and uploads final photos when the work is complete. You receive a clean record of the delivery and a happy customer.

Site measurements, surveys, and repairs

Where the install requires it, we carry out a pre-installation survey - access, patio space, foot clearance, gradient, tile type, and surface quality. Servicing and repairs packages can also be built in as part of your manufacturer guarantee workflow.
