Once an order is placed, our system sends the customer a booking confirmation with the proposed date and time. The delivery will only proceed once the customer accepts the booking. We aim to lock in the confirmed date 48 hours before the scheduled delivery.

 

 

On the day of delivery, we notify the customer once the crew is enroute. The team also calls the customer 30 minutes before arrival.

 

 

Upon arrival, we take images of the delivery boxes and the property to document any existing conditions.

 

 

 

Before beginning any work, the customer signs a disclaimer accepting liability for potential property issues such as tile damage or access challenges.

 

 

Our crew assembles and installs every item with care, precision, and attention to detail. For pergolas, this includes a full bolt-down installation followed by a complete demonstration to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

 

 

After completion, we upload final photos to the system, and the customer signs a job completion form to confirm satisfaction.

Site Measurements & Surveys

To ensure smooth installation, we encourage customers to accurately measure their installation site in advance. We also offer pre-installation surveys, where our team can:

  • Check access and space on patios [porcelain] or decking
  • Measure for extra foot space needed around furniture or pergolas
  • Assess gradient, tile type, and overall surface quality

This helps avoid delays and ensures both your product and our service meet the highest standards.
